Explorers Team
Felicity
Room Leader
Fliss joined Little Learners in December 2025, bringing experience in leading baby room teams. She holds a Level 6 Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) qualification and creates a warm, nurturing environment for our youngest children.

Coral joined the Little Learners team in January 2026 and is our Nursery SENCO. She is Level 3 qualified, Level 2 Makaton trained, and brings experience supporting children with a wide range of needs.

Level 3
Alicia has been part of the Little Learners team since 2022, starting her journey as an apprentice. She has gained valuable experience working with children of all ages across the nursery and is now a valued member of our team.

Discoverers Team
Chloe
Room Leader
Chloe joined the Little Learners team in April 2026 and is the Discoverers Room Leader. She is currently studying for her Master's degree in Early Years.

Level 3
Kim joined the Little Learners team in June 2026. With nearly 20 years of Early Years experience, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and is a Level 3 Early Years Educator.

Apprentice
Tina is a valued new member of the Little Learners team and is currently completing her Level 3 Early Years apprenticeship. She has experience working with children of all ages across the nursery.

Shauna
Room Leader
Shauna has been a valued member of the Little Learners team since 2021. She holds a Level 6 Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) qualification and is currently completing her Level 3 Forest School qualification.

Holly has been part of the Little Learners team since 2022. She has recently completed her apprenticeship and is now a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator.

Freya
Room Leader
Freya has been part of the Little Learners team since 2018, starting as an apprentice. She has progressed to become a strong and experienced Level 3 Room Leader.

Jo has been part of the Little Learners team since 2004. As a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator, she has experience working with children of all ages and brings a wealth of knowledge to the nursery.

Room Leader
Natalie has been part of the Little Learners team since 2018. She is a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator and Room Leader, who especially enjoys working with our preschool children.
