Explorers Team
Felicity
Room Leader
Fliss joined Little Learners in December 2025, bringing experience in leading baby room teams. She holds a Level 6 Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) qualification and creates a warm, nurturing environment for our youngest children.

Coral joined the Little Learners team in January 2026 and is our Nursery SENCO. She is Level 3 qualified, Level 2 Makaton trained, and brings experience supporting children with a wide range of needs.

Level 3
Alicia has been part of the Little Learners team since 2022, starting her journey as an apprentice. She has gained valuable experience working with children of all ages across the nursery and is now a valued member of our team.

Shauna
Room Leader
Shauna has been a valued member of the Little Learners team since 2021. She holds a Level 6 Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) qualification and is currently completing her Level 3 Forest School qualification.

Holly has been part of the Little Learners team since 2022. She has recently completed her apprenticeship and is now a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator.

Hannah is a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator and recently rejoined the Little Learners team under the new management team.

Freya
Room Leader
Freya has been part of the Little Learners team since 2018, starting as an apprentice. She has progressed to become a strong and experienced Level 3 Room Leader.

Level 3
Jo has been part of the Little Learners team since 2004. As a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator, she has experience working with children of all ages and brings a wealth of knowledge to the nursery.

Apprentice
Alicia is a valued new member of the Little Learners team and is currently working towards her Level 2 Early Years qualification. She has experience working with children of all ages and especially enjoys supporting toddlers.

Natalie
Room Leader
Natalie has been part of the Little Learners team since 2018. She is a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator and Room Leader, who especially enjoys working with our preschool children.

Level 2
Vicky joined the Little Learners team in January 2026. She is a qualified Level 2 Early Years Educator and has experience supporting children across all age groups within the nursery.

Apprentice
Joanna has recently started her apprenticeship with Little Learners. She works as a 1:1 supporting children in our older age groups, helping them to learn, develop and thrive.

Nursery Manager
Sophie has been part of the nursery since 2011, starting as an apprentice and working her way up to manager. She took over as Nursery Manager in September 2025.
